Danni and Chris’s Wedding at Long Furlong Barn
I always love to film weddings at Long Furlong Barn, Worthing, West Sussex and could not wait to capture Danni and Chris’s wedding here. This is a stunning venue nestled in the countryside just outside of Worthing.

Bridal preparation
I started at bridal preparation with James, their photographer in the bridal room, where the bride and her friends were getting ready and it was so much fun, because all the girls were there. Danni wore a lacy dress along with a long veil.
Chris and his groomsmen arrived a little later and were dropped off in a minibus limousine. They all wore three-piece suits and they looked really dapper.
The ceremony
The wedding took place at the barn, the room was beautifully decorated with flowers and was a beautiful ceremony. They had a short ceremony, which everyone enjoyed. After the ceremony they walked down the aisle together, and then they were showered with confetti in the courtyard.
After the ceremony
It was a bright and sunny day, which was perfect. While the guests enjoyed canapes and cocktails, the couple mingled and laughed with their friends. My favourite photo from our couples session is when the sun came through in the evening to give a beautiful sunset. Check it out below!
The evening
During the reception they had a lovely meal with friends and family, which everyone loved. For the wedding breakfast they had proper wedding grub, and it was loved by all the guests. Afterwards, they had some wonderful speeches and the party got started. They also had a photobooth, which kept everyone entertained. I took a few behind the scenes footage of these which I will share below as screen grabs (could not share others).
Top tip for planning a wedding
Having the ceremony and reception in one location is awesome as it means that guests can have a few drinks and do not have to worry about driving to another venue. It also takes all of the stress away in the event timings go a bit wrong as it can top even with the best planning.
