Wedding Photo + Film

Photo and film, from one team

One team for both the photographs and the film

One of the most common questions couples ask is, “Should we have our wedding filmed?”

I would say yes but then I would, wouldn’t I. What I can tell you is that nobody has ever told me afterwards they wished they hadn’t.

Photography holds a moment still. A film gives you the sound of it. The regret I hear most often afterwards is not having had the day filmed, because it is the one thing you cannot go back and add later.

That’s why I’ve worked with Alex Buckland for years on the days when couples want both. We have shot a lot of weddings side by side, which mostly means we already know where the other one is going to stand. You get one booking and one conversation instead of two.

Why couples book the two of us together

  • A seamless experience. No need to coordinate two separate teams.
  • Consistent style. Your photographs and your film look like they came from the same day.
  • Stress free planning. One booking, one team, no extra hassle.
  • Relive the moments. The nervous excitement, the vows, the laughter, all of it kept.

Watch the teaser above, then look at Alex’s images below. The two styles are built to sit alongside each other.

Your day, in stills and in motion

From the morning preparations to the dance floor celebrations, we’re there to capture every moment naturally and authentically, the laughter, the happy tears and all the small moments that make your wedding day truly yours.

Our approach is relaxed, natural and fun. No stiff posing, no awkward moments, just real, unscripted emotions. While Alex captures the stills, I bring them to life with video, the crack in your voice as you say your vows, the cheers from your guests, the music of your first dance.

Photography captures a moment. Video brings it to life.

How we work on the day

For us, wedding photography and videography do different jobs. One holds a moment still. The other gives you the sound of it. Having both from the same day is the point.

Our combined photo + film approach ensures every detail is beautifully documented, from the joy in your partner’s eyes to the spontaneous moments that make your wedding uniquely yours.

A film gives you the things a photograph cannot. The sound of your vows. The noise the room made during the speeches. The moments you missed because you were busy living them. Something to send to the people who could not travel.
