Wedding Video Portfolio

Below are films from real weddings, not a showreel of the prettiest three seconds of each one. Watch a couple of them the whole way through. That is the honest way to tell whether someone films the way you want your day remembered.

Types of wedding films

Teaser Film

Teaser

Around sixty seconds, cut from your day and usually with you within twenty four hours. It is the film you send to the people who could not be there. It is also the one you will watch about forty times in the first week.

It is not the whole story. It is the trailer, deliberately short so it survives being watched on a phone at a bus stop.

Highlight Film

Highlight Film

Three minutes or more, built from the strongest moments of the day and set to licensed music. This is the one most couples end up sharing.

Every film is cut to fit the day it came from, so no two of them look the same.

Cinematic Short

Cinematic Short

Nine minutes or more, following the day in order from the morning through to the evening. Enough room for the vows, the best of the speeches and the parts in between that you were too busy to notice.

Small cameras, proper audio and no voiceover laid over your morning.

Feature Film

Feature Film

Sixteen minutes or more, for couples who would rather have the day at length than in summary. The full ceremony, the speeches unhurried and the evening as it actually unfolded.

This is the one families end up watching together at Christmas. It is also the one your children will find in twenty years.

How I work

What to expect from a film of mine

I edit in the order the day happened, because that is how you remember it. The morning, the walk down the aisle, the speech that went off script, the first dance and whatever the dance floor did afterwards.

I film every guest I can, especially the older ones. Those are the clips that matter most a decade later. They are also the ones families thank me for.

If you have ideas about what you want, tell me and I will build around them. If you have not thought about it at all, that is completely normal and I will guide you through it.

Either way, the film ends up sounding like you rather than like an advert.

Next step: packages and pricing

If the films look like the way you want your day remembered, the next thing to look at is what the coverage costs.

There are three standard packages and plenty of room to build something that fits your day instead. Payment plans run over 6 to 24 months at 0% interest.

Have a look, then tell me your date.
